These are from iOS, however Android may have a similar type of error messages.
To solve most startup errors on iOS and Android, all you have to do is flush your local app data/cache. The steps to do this will be different depending on the platform that you're using.
Clearing local app data/cache on iOS:
- Update your game to the latest version through the Appstore;
- Disable the Gamecenter auto login through their app settings;
- Go into your phone settings -> OSM -> Region and change the server (there are only two options);
- Launch the app and wait for it to load, do not take any actions in the app. Once it's loaded you can force close the app;
- Go back into the Region setting and change the server back to the original setting;
- Launch the app and it should now work.
Clearing local app data/cache on Android:
- Update your game to the latest version through the Playstore;
- Go into your phone settings and head to Apps -> OSM -> storage;
- Select 'Clear data' and 'Clear cache';
- Launch the app and it should now work.
